Return and Refund Policy

At Laroyal, we take utmost care to deliver your order to the best of our efforts. However, we understand that unexpected damage or other factors might arise, causing the need to return, exchange, or cancel your order. Our return and exchange policy is designed to provide an opportunity for you to address such issues. Please review our policy thoroughly and contact our customer service team for any queries.

Returns and Exchanges

Simple Return Policy: If the product received does not meet your expectations, you can return it to us within a week from the delivery date. Note that the return postal charges or shipping costs will be borne by you (the customer). The product must be returned in its original state with all accessories to be eligible for a refund.

  • Return Process:

    • Return the product in its original condition.

    • The refund will be processed within 4 to 5 working days once the product has been received.

Damaged Products: If the product was damaged during the shipping process, inform our customer service team at the time of delivery. This helps us coordinate with the courier team and proceed further. In this case, the postal charges will be refunded along with the product value. The replacement of the damaged product depends on the nature of the damage and the courier's report. You can choose to have the payment refunded or select another product of the same value.


  • Order Cancellation:

    • Cancel your order within 48 hours of placing it.

    • Orders where shipping has been initiated or customized as per order cannot be canceled.

    • No cancellations are entertained for products obtained on special occasions like Pongal, Diwali, and Valentine’s Day, as these are limited occasion offers.


  • Out of Stock:

    • If the product you ordered runs out of stock, the amount will be refunded to your account, or you can choose another product of the same value.

    • Our Customer Care Team will send you an email to obtain consent and initiate the refund/exchange process.

  • Partial Stock Availability:

    • If one or more products from your order are not in stock, you will receive a refund for the cost of the unavailable products.

  • Refund Process:

    • Refunds for payments made through Credit/Debit cards will be processed through our secure payment gateway and credited to your account.

    • Refunds for payments made through Demand Draft/Cheque will be shipped through our courier partner.

    • Refunds will be initiated only after the returned product reaches us in the same condition.
